Guarantee & replacement tag policy
All pet tags are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase against breakage and fading*.
Lost tags and replacement split rings are not covered under this guarantee. Should you wish to order additional/replacement split rings, a small fee for postage and handling will be charged.
Our Bling tags are guaranteed against breakage and fading* for 5 years and for 1 year against the loss of any crystals*.
- A photo of the tag and in some cases the return of the tag, is required under the terms of this guarantee. Replacements, whereby a photo of the broken tag cannot be provided, are at the discretion of Pet-Tags.
- Please note that our replacement guarantee does not cover broken split rings, faded tags caused by the tag having been chewed or bitten, or where there are other items attached to/near the tag. This causes friction with the metal, causing the outer layers of the tag to wear away.
For replacement eZeClip requests, a photo of the clip via email will be required and in some cases, we may request return of the clip. Please contact us to discuss prior to sending back your clip.
If we have sent you a faulty tag or the incorrect tag, simply fill in our tag correction form, ensuring you provide a photo of the tag/s, and we will replace your tag free of charge. If you are requesting a replacement tag for a different reason, or requesting a refund, we may ask you to return the tag to us. Please note, returns of this nature are to be sent at your own cost, and if possible, via a trackable service to ensure goods are received.
Please note, we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed. Please check your order information carefully, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information you have submitted, or for incorrect choice.
As our tags are deeply laser engraved. Your tag/s may arrive with some cloth fibres/metal residue still attached, or even with a bold finish. If this is the case, simply wipe over your tag/s with a cloth (e.g. polishing or jewellery) to smooth over the engraving and/or remove any excess fibres/metal.

Orders are sent as a letter service in a DL size envelope, by regular, untracked international air mail via Australia Post and New Zealand Post, to the delivery address provided. A signature is not required on delivery. Depending on the day/time your order is submitted, some orders will be processed the same day. Others can take 1-2 business days to be processed. Changes cannot be made once your order has been processed.
Please allow up to 18 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for delivery from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your tag after 18 business days, please notify us immediately by completing our Correction/Replacement form or email us advising us of your order number and order details.
**PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect delivery addresses. Re-delivery fees will apply should a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address be provided and your order returned to us.
- We will replace any tags lost in the post free of charge, provided the delivery address entered is correct and if they are reported to us within 60 days from the date of dispatch. Refunds will not be provided, however, a 20% discount will be provided for replacement tag/s if reported to us after 60 days.
- If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and your order is not returned to us, we will replace your tag/s at a 20% discount by providing you with an online promotional code. Refunds will not be provided, as the error was not a fault of Pet-Tags.
- If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and your order is returned to us, an administration fee of $3.00, plus the postage cost to resend your order to the correct address will apply and is payable via PayPal. Refunds will not be provided, as the error was not a fault of Pet-Tags.
*Returned orders will be held for 60 days after our initial contact with you, after which time, a new online order at the advertised price will be required should you wish to reorder.
